Cuban Visa Process

The Cuban visa process for churches:
1. All PCUSA delegations require a religious visa to enter Cuba.
2. Apply at least 60 days previous to the planned departure date, more if the group is larger than 15.
3. Each delegate must send his or her personal information to the IPRC contact who will arrange for the visa. That
information includes:
a. Name (as it appears on passport)
b. Complete home address
c. Passport number, expiration date, and citizenship
d. Date of trip, carrier and flight number, destination, and arrival time
e. Planned duration of trip
f. Mother’s maiden name
In Spanish you would submit:
a. Nombre (como aparece en el pasaporte)
b. Dirección
c. Número de pasaporte, fecha de expiración, ciudadania
d. Fecha de la visita, aerolínea y número del vuelo, destinación, la hora de la llegada
e. Duración de la visita
f. Nombre soltera de la madre
4. Delegate’s passport expiration date may not fall within six months of the intended trip completion date.
5. The Cuban passport costs 85 CUC (pesos convertibles) which is now the equivalent of $ 110.50 USD.
6. Delegates who cancel within four weeks of the planned travel date will be liable to pay the entire amount.
7. Delegates who cancel trip plans prior to four weeks will be charged a nominal transaction fee of $ 12.00 USD.
